PRIOR TO EVENT/RENTAL

Client will work with Showtime Photo Booth LLC (Provider) and the venue/location to pre-arrange an appropriate space to set up the photo booth. Showtime Photo Booth will arrive 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up, unless otherwise requested Showtime Photo Booth requires an area of about 10’Wx10’Lx10’H. Client will make sure there are no obstacles that will make set up and access un achievable. Electrical requirement of a standard 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet of location is required (cord will be provided and secured safely). In the event that the client does not have needed access to electric upon arrival, which causes a delay in originally agreed start time, rate and end time remain the same. Client may request additional time for a correlating fee ( full hour rates only).

EQUIPMENT & LIABILITY

Client acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Showtime Photo Booth equipment caused by misuse/damage by clients or its guests, beyond reasonable wear and tear. Damage shall not be limited to but includes physical, food/drink or power surge related incidents resulting in broken equipment. Client agrees that reimbursement will be made within 30 days of damage in the form of replacement or value, as determined by an independent appraiser.

BOOKING, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Client acknowledges that Showtime Photo Booth requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% upon booking and completing this form to reserve the time. Final payment must be received at least 7 days prior to event. Any request for a date change after deposit is given must be mutually agreeable and made in writing with an updated and signed Rental Agreement and is not guaranteed. *Full Payment is only returned to client if event is unable to take place due to an Act of God (severe weather) or a fault of which is fully the responsibility of Showtime Photo Booth (equipment/ vehicle failure or malfunction).

BOOKING, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All photos are the property of Showtime Photo Booth LLC and it is kindly requested that Client does not share without proper acknowledgement. Showtime Photo Booth reserves the right to use and publish images for the purpose of display, portfolio, and website unless you’d prefer us not and request such in writing. A gallery will be assigned to each event without a password on Showtime Photo Booth Facebook Page (@Showtimephotobooth) within 24 hours. If you’d rather your event photos not be made public, please let Showtime Photo Booth know in writing. *Hosts are given high-resolution digital files of all images via Dropbox within 7 days of event.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with use or content of pictures taken within Showtime photo booth.

ACCESS TO A STANDARD POWER OUTLET WITHIN 50’ OF SETUP IS REQUIRED. GENERATOR AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL $75.
